Surrounded by tall pines, the wrap around deck provides outdoor spaces that make it absolutely perfect for year round enjoyment. With a dining table, chaise lounges, and a conversation area, there are plenty of places to soak up the blue skies and beautiful weather. You get both mountain and golf course views, along with a tree filled yard, perfect for spotting a few deer over your morning coffee.
Recently updated, this house has had a giant refresh with new floors, paint, and is furnished with comfort in mind while keeping it clean and modern. With plenty of room to spread out, start in the great room with a soaring vaulted ceiling, a big stone fireplace and adjoining dining area. A well-appointed kitchen, family room and breakfast room are just around the corner. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need: crock-pot, blender, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, bakeware and utensils.
